HURON operates under a clear governance structure that ensures accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making. The General Assembly, composed of members, serves as the supreme governing body, setting overall direction and policies.
The Executive Committee, elected by the General Assembly, provides strategic leadership and oversees the organization's programs and operations. The President, as the chief executive, leads day-to-day management and represents HURON in external engagements.
Programs are organized into key functional areas, each led by experienced professionals. Regional chapters extend HURON's reach across Nepal, ensuring local relevance and community engagement.
